Gymnastics Classes use all four USAG & AAU equipment : Uneven Bars, Balance Beams, Vault, & Floor! All students will use equipment of different size to build confidence & progress. All class begin with stretching & conditioning to increase flexibilty and strength, to Achieve the best you can be!
Competition Gymnastics Team
Recommended for students who have previously trained in gymnastics and want to perfect their current skills and train hard to increase their skill level. These gymnasts compete around the area at local and distant gymnastics competitions. This team is by invitation only; a coach would assess your child and place them on the appropriate level team. If interested, please feel free to ask your child's coach for more information, or if they feel your child would be able to participate on the team.

Levels: 2, 3, 4, 5 6, 7 Xcel Optionals
Professional membership to USAG & AAU Club membership to AAU & USAG.
Competition Gymnastics is a great way to be rewarded for talent while becoming a member of a team that supports each other! Each receive ribbons, medals and trophies to be proud of ! Team members train year long to compete at various locations in Ohio, Gymnast perform for a certified judges.
TGS Gym Stars attends USAG, AAU & NEOGL sanctioned events.
